In response to the info from the FY 2013 CLASS critiques, OHS developed a system to provide more intentional focused help to these grantees that score in the low vary on CLASS. OHS is continuous to flag grantees that score in the low vary, conduct extra analyses on the specific dimension stage, that are particular components or talent areas within each of the three domains, and providing periodic stories to its Regional Offices so they can direct their TTA to specific grantees.
